Roles & Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions, schools, and colleges.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our EdTech solutions.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including pipeline management, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
- Provide feedback and market intelligence to internal teams to support product enhancements and improvements.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the education sector, with knowledge of the EdTech landscape and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objection
