Sales Professional - Building Material (5-8 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Help with preparing annual budgets with information on market potential and penetration goals.
- Market study by major industries cities and by industry potential.
- Meet the budgeted Net Revenue and Gross Margin objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow the business through multi-channel distribution:
OEMs, End Users and Dealers, for both Belt and Hose product lines.
- Act as customer's representative; liaise with the plant for timely delivery.
- Work closely with Applications / Technical team and support customers in India.
- Share application information to colleagues and help one another to achieve common goals.
- Prompt collection of payments and C Forms from customers.
- Report daily activities by email every day to the NSM.
- Regular follow up on competitors' activities and update NCI Management.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering. MBA will be an advantage.
- Must have proven and successful experience in growing the business at the regional level.
- Has excellent knowledge about engineering industry / Industrial consumables in the region.
- Experience in managing business with OEMs, End Users and Dealers.
- Knowledge of India tax structure, sales policies and regulations.
- Experience in price / terms negotiations with customers.
- Must be fluent in the English, Hindi and the regional language.
Skills Required:
- Self-driven, results oriented, organized and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to assess market situation and take appropriate decisions proactively.
- Inter-personal skills: Ability to manage customers at different levels and also a dealer network.
- Presentation skill, ability to use MS office tools - Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Guided with strategic objectives, policies and mid and long-term business goals, acts independently within the scope of responsibility.
- Be a good team player, works with influence, supports and motivates peers.
