Job in Banking with Sales Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute a strategic sales plan in order to meet company goals and targets.

- Motivate, lead, and grow the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

- To improve sales tactics, keep up with industry trends and rival tactics.

- Analyze sales results and provide senior leadership with conclusions and suggestions.

- To guarantee outstanding client satisfaction, cultivate and preserve relationships with important clients.

- Plan and carry out the sales team's continuing mentorship and training.

- Work together to improve service offerings with the teams responsible for product development, marketing, and operations.

- Make ensuring that all sales operations abide by corporate and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field (an MBA is desirable).

- Four to six years of sales experience, with at least two of those years spent in a senior position in the banking industry.

- Proven ability to lead high-achieving teams and reach sales targets.

- strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

- adept at evaluating market trends and sales data to guide strategic actions.

- familiarity with financial legislation and banking products.
