Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan in order to meet company goals and targets.
- Motivate, lead, and grow the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a similar field (an MBA is desirable).
- Four to six years of sales experience, with at least two of those years spent in a senior position in the banking industry.
- Proven ability to lead high-achieving teams and reach sales targets.
