About the Company : Headquartered in Solon, Ohio, USA, is the world leader in fluid system solutions including products, assemblies, and services.

Requisites :

Experience : 2 - 4 Years in selling industrial products (Exp in flow control management products/Instrumentation will be an advantage)

Professional Qualification : Graduation in B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering. (CS / IT not preferred)

Summary of the Role :

The role of the sales associate is to develop and maintain value-added relationships with multiple accounts to position as a preferred supplier. With goals of targeted revenue growth and targeted sales of strategic products within a defined geographic area, a sales associate should always act in the best interest of the customer, applying sound ethics and service orientation. The sales associate is the primary customer interface and part of a team responsible for providing a variety of services, solutions, support, and information in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term business relationships.

KPIs :

1. Responsible for generating sales & service revenue from the assigned territory

2. Business Development

3. Generating high-quality Leads and Opportunities

4. Preparation of RFQs based on customer requirements

5. Help in product selection

6. Tech/Project discussions/Negotiation meetings with customer

7. Co-ordination with Commercial & Admin to clarify customer queries

8. Quote follow-up and attend order closure meetings with customer

9. Follow up on receivables

10. Alignment with Company's - VIP Reports (VAEs), Commercialized product sales

11. Energy Emission Survey

12. Installation Training Programs, presentations, Demo to customer

13. Conducting field audits for evaluating onsite installation practices and generating service reports

14. Continuous Learning & Personal Development

15. Handling existing & prospective customers, providing technical support, suggesting products for applications, conducting customer training.
