Job Description :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to our clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Technical Presentations : Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Solution Development : Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
- Sales Support : Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation. Provide support during the sales process and post-sales support.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide insights to help refine our sales strategies.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain deep knowledge of our product offerings and ensure you can effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
Qualifications :
- Education : Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Experience : Prior experience in a sales engineering role or a similar technical sales position is preferred.
- Skills : Strong technical knowledge combined with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Personality : Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
