Sales/Presales Role - IT (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business.
- Preparation of presentations about utilities products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department.
- Maintain excellent communications with customer executive management across the companies focus geographies.
- Answering customers- RFP's and RFI's for our local and global sales teams.
- Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers- demands.
- Coordinate across the different units within the company to deliver the response on time
- Adapt solution design to new requirements and establish the validity of a solution and its components.
- Understanding of technical innovations and trends as well as their impact on solving customer business problems. And then applies an understanding of the customer's value chain and business requirements when designing and proposing solutions
Experience:
- 10-15 years working in Utility organization and/or professional services industry with extensive presales experience required.
- Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and/or digital products is a plus as well as experience in large transformation programs
- MBA from a top business school is a plus with Outstanding project management or change management skills
Must have skills:
- Excellent Sales & deal closure skills with strong commitment to client satisfaction/ experience.
- Relationship management skills; able to manage contacts up and down throughout internal and client organizations
- Entrepreneurial spirit with business development and sales skills; can close new business opportunities.
- Strategic planning and business planning combined with an analytical mindset to drive business performance with data.
- Execution-oriented mindset; deliberate and decisive with strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and understanding of end-to-end processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse, cross-functional teams including staff at all levels of the organization.
- Alliance experience will be preferred but not mandatory
