Sales Planner - Education (2-5 yrs)
Position : Education Planner - USA / UK
Reports to : Director / General Manager
Location : Delhi
Salary : Competitive + Sales incentives
Starting Date : Immediately
In addition, as an EP, you will help the company to drive intelligence gathering and analytics in the region, identify market opportunities, and develop and execute regional business strategies and sales and marketing plans - both online and offline - to achieve high student recruitment outcomes.
You will be based in and working closely with our student recruitment office in New Delhi, so you should have deep experience collaborating with educational sales teams, creating marketing plans and organising sales with direct students, B2B opportunities and Key Partner Universities, mentoring and growing teams across different backgrounds and cultures.
Other key responsibilities will include :
- Develop the sales and marketing plan to drive DIRECT sales in conjunction with management vision and aligned with group sales targets
- Assisting the sales offices to manage and develop and improve their sales, marketing and creative resources, so as to enhance sales and improve recruitment outcomes
- Provide analysis and recommendations on all aspects of the region which will have a short and long term impact on student recruitment in the region
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's international partners processes,procedures and products
- Monitoring industry developments and national and international competition focusing on the USA market
- Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients both nationally and internationally
- Maintaining and developing accurate and regular reports in order to analyse the sales and revenue figures
- Developing and executing business strategies for senior management
- Working towards allocated sales targets and meeting those targets
Qualifications :
- Proven track record and substantial experience in student recruitment, along with strong commercial and tactical instincts
- A university graduate
- An ability to work independently but multi-task in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment,with good attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to understand and act on market trends, aligning thoughts and plans to short and long term strategy
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with colleagues and students, as well as to senior management
- Results-oriented, with a hunger for sales
