Sales Operations Role - IT (4-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Collate, consolidate and generate sales forecasts and roll up each week's numbers to Sales Management.
- Compile key pieces of information related to performance against sales objectives and present the same to the management to ensure prompt fact-based decisions and strategy formulation.
- Analyze and report key metrics which includes (but not limited to):
- Budget & Sales number planning along with the finance function
- Revenue forecasts at multiple levels (organization, accounts, business verticals etc.,)
- Manage data, reports and dashboards in CRM to ensure that, all sales representatives and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
- Responsible to ensure accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and external intelligence essential to the sales organization; recommends revisions to existing reports, or assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Manage incentive plan for the Sales and Inside Sales team.
