Sales Operations Role - FMCG (0-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Coordinate among the entire sales team for routine sales activities.
- Observe complete adherence to the sales processes, tools & reviews.
- Track the entire EMS(Enquiry Management System) data with individual sales funnels.
- Develop and improve sales tool kit - organization presentations, case studies, checklists, etc.
- Keep track of customer data - registrations, portal log-ins, important org documents, and Qualification documents.
- Coordinate among internal teams - Sales-Execution-Service, as required for sales.
- Coordination/facilitate OEM interactions and training required for the sales team.
- Facilitate & monitor EQ(Enquiry Qualifications) meetings, OTM(Order Transfer Meetings), customer events, brand-building activities, and social media connections.
- Provide inputs for management reviews and SBP/ABP planning.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in an Engineering field (Electronics/E&Tc/Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing).
- Minimum 0-4 years experience in sales or marketing will be an advantage.
- Require good planning & coordination skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good listening skills.
- Should understand and demonstrate sales process and behavior.
