Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales growth, coordinate operations, and foster collaboration between departments to deliver results that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of technology products and services, along with experience in developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and follow-ups.

- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of company processes and client projects.

- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, product team, tech team) to meet client requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Generate and analyze operational reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Provide regular updates on operational and sales progress to senior management.

- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., pipeline, closures, revenues).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage deadlines.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate, and do presentations.
