Sales Operations job opportunity with a leading global Insurance brokerage organization that is looking for a professional with 3-7 Years of experience in sales Operations.

Our distinguished client is looking for a professional coming from Corporate who has expertise in MIS reporting, CRM tools and had worked in sales Environment.

Location : Mumbai

Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for overall governance reporting / reporting administration of the programme

- Attending internal client meetings and support follow-ups as required

- Monitoring information portals for relevant strategic level client news (e.g. earnings reports, press releases, M&A activity) and providing proactive updates to CRDs, LRM and client teams

- Ensure accurate, complete and up-to-date client records in CRM systems (Joint GB and Mumbai teams responsible)

- Workings across GEOs and Segments to ensure client co-ordination.

Requirement : 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales environment or related experience desired, ideally in a professional service organization

- Ability to perform research and generate desired output in MS PowerPoint Format

- Good PowerPoint Skills

- Good time management & problem-solving skills, as well as ability to work under pressure

- Good analytical skills

- Strong project management office skills

- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task and shift quickly between activities

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS office applications

- Able to work independently as well as part of a team within an agile environment

- Act as a central repository for all programme information.
