Sales Operations Specialist

The Graduate program is for 1 year and will rotate into different roles within Operations to get the learning on the breadth and depth of the business. After the first year, Graduates are converted into full time role and absorbed within the organization in a similar role they have been conducting before.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

- She/he is responsible for supporting Channel Sales and Operational leadership with one or more of the following areas

- Day to day operations

- Analytics

- Enablement

- Partner program

- Analyze and build new process recommendations

- Build operational improvements into the existing operation

- Capture and maintain how-to documents for sales operations team

- Document Sales Operations best practices

- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions (structured, classroom and unstructured, on-the-job)

Required Job Qualifications :

- Are graduating in 2022 or 2023 - We consider applicants from all academic fields and emphasise your - cultural add-

- Open to graduates with 1-2 years of industry / consulting experience

- Are interested in the impact technology can have on the world and businesses

- Have the ability to learn to understand unique business requirements and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling solution

- Have an interest and capability to dig deep into how technology works and how it can solve different business challenges

- Capable of using your expertise and knowledge to help businesses attain goals, solve problems, and create success

- Curiosity about data and analytics if Tableau is your product of choice

- Are a creative problem-solver

- Are curious, self-motivated and focused on continuous learning

- Are comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change

- Are fluent in English
