Sales Operation Role - Online/Internet - IIM/XLRI/ISB/SPJain/NMIMS (5-9 yrs)
- Define, develop & deliver the Service Excellence roadmap
- Innovate on business models, products & processes to ensure service excellence can be delivered at scale, across multiple types of services
- Identification of external partners, negotiation, contract closure, and execution.
- Manage a diverse set of partners across the country, measure, audit and improve performance
- Work with product, marketing, and operations team to enable a service excellence culture across a distributed workforce
Basic Qualifications:
- MBA with 5+ or more years of post-qualification experience of business experience in areas of Operations or Sales Operations
- Expertise and proven skill in planning, developing and implementing ideas from scratch
- Strong customer focus
- Proven ability to build strong 3rd party relationships
- Proven ability to influence internal and external partners to gain their support
- Experience working with geographically diverse organization and leveraging technology to drive common objectives
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, evaluating and negotiating with third party vendors
- Demonstrates effective communication skills both orally and in written form, through a clear statement of objectives, findings, and recommendations.
