Sales Officers - Credit cards

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales and Tele-sales Officers in UAE who manage sales for Leading Banks in UAE.

The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

CTC:

UAE is a tax free country hence no tax deductions; CTC is equal to salary in hand

Rs 7 to 8 LPA (Lacs per Annum) across all positions. (3000-3500 Dhms per month)

Plus, huge performance linked incentives.

- Candidate if selected, Employment Visa will be sponsored by the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The Key Job is:- Get the sale- using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc) - for Direct Sales-

- Generate leads - qualifying them on the call for Tele-Sales

- Generate or follow through sales leads

- Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships

- Meet personal and team sales targets

- Forecast sales, develop - out of the box- sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness

- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments

- Maintain and expand client database to increase sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduate degree or equivalent

- Proven sales experience

- Good knowledge of Banking Products will be an added advantage

- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Self motivated and driven
