Currently we are hiring for the position of "Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer" for one of the leading Chemicals is manufacturing and marketing agro chemical solutions to the farming community in India and producing Herbicides, Fungicides, Insecticides and Plant Nutrients, used across varied crops.

Position : Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer

Location : Assam - Tinsukia

Qualification : Bsc Agri with 5+ years Exp (Or other Degree with 8+ years)

Package : Maximum of 15-20% Hike from Current CTC

Exposure :

Key skills : Sales & Marketing,Dealer Management, Payment Collection, Product Promotion

Desired Candidate Profile :

Education : (UG - B.Sc - Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry) OR (PG - M.Sc - Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry)

- Minimum 3-8 years of Experience in sales and marketing of Agro Chemical Products

- Exposure to marketing of PGR (Plant Growth Regulators) will be an added advantage

- Having Strong Dealer networks.

Responsibilities :

- Sales and Liquidation of Agro Chemical Products in a targeted markets

- Payment Collection as per terms

- Establish Dealer Network

- Field Promotion Activities including jeep campaign, Farmer meeting, Feild days etc.

- Recruit and retain sales force to meet business targets
