Sales Officer :
- SO will have to go via product training to understand details of product and company.
- SO will have to make 20-25 new visits depending on the region and locations. Later it will be 15/5 old shops and 20/7 new shops visits.
- SO will have to close 1 outlet per day.
- SO will operate for 6 days a week.
- SO work and report will be monitored by an mobile APP.
- SO will have to report to the Programme manager and if escalations then will be handled by the territory manager.
- There will be no penalty for not achieving the target, but the agency will be penalized for the same. The SO will be gauged on the basis of his work for a period of 3 months and if they are not performing he will be relieved from his duty.
- On the basis of their performance they may be considered to get on the company's payroll.
