Sales Officer for a very famous real estate developer in Bangalore
Work Details & Responsibilities :
- To sell the company products by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up a meeting with potential clients.
- Participate in the exhibitions or in any promotional activities.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections appropriately.
- Maintaining lead tracker and preparing a lead report
- To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements.
- To analyse the competition brand closely.
- To be able to work with the team and achieve the desired results.
Skills required :
- Good Computer skills
- The ability to sell
- The ability to handle customers efficiently.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
Language Known : Kannada & English mandatory
Salary : upto 4LPA (Fixed)+ Incentive (Medical Insurance for self and spouse + parents)
