Sales Officer - Power/Energy (1-3 yrs)
WALK-IN INTERVIEW WILL BE DONE IN ORISSA & BIHAR BETWEEN 28TH AND 31ST AUG 2017
Role Description
- To support ASM to assess suitability of village/ village cluster for initiating business;
- Develop a sales plan for the area for a 18 month horizon;
- Recruit and manage a team of RSA in the allocated territories;
- Train RSAs on sales process to ensure they are effectively performing on the field
- Start business in an area;
- Recruit UM and make him productive
- Manage UM on an ongoing basis to keep him productive;
- Understand and track key sales (e.g. leads, FR) and business (e.g. DBS) metrics
- Support RSAs on the field in above activities to make them effective;
- Monitor day-to-day field movement of RSAs to ensure optimal coverage of territory;
- Develop and execute a monthly sales plan;
- To act as first level of quality check for all the customer applications hitting area office from his designated territory;
- Support other employees of the company to resolve customer problems in the local area like
- Payment Collection, generating payment points/recharge agents etc.
- Report progress to reporting manager at prescribed intervals
- Process adherence and compliance
- Learn company processes and attend trainings
- To ensure adherence of RSAs and UMs with the business processes
- To ensure conduct of business in ethical and transparent manner
- To implement internal control measures with respect to business process, customer selection and customer communication.
- To scan market constantly to seek alert and identify clues about any malpractices capable of affecting adversely
- To safeguard interest in the designated territory
Role Requirements
- Age 30-40 years
- Graduate mandatory, MBAs or any related professional degree preferable
- Sales or service experience of at least 3 years;
- Team leadership experience of at least one year;
- Prior experience of doing business in rural India;
- Proficient in computer- Microsoft office
- Willing to be based at Area Office locations;
- Willing to travel extensively in designated territory
- Has his own bike or scooter;
- Has (or is willing to buy) a smartphone compatible with the company system;
Compensation Structure: UP TO 2.55 LPA (FIXED+ 0.45 LPA (VARIABLE )
