Sales Officer - Pharma (3-11 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls : Make proactive and targeted outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and targets products in pediatric and Gynecology segment.
Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of the assigned pharmaceutical products to pediatrics and Gynecologist across India.
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by converting leads into sales and maintaining a high level of customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring regular follow-ups and addressing their inquiries or concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all the assigned products in the target segment, including knowledge of vaccinology, vaccine scheduler, and competitive advantages.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the vaccine segment to identify opportunities and challenges.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales data in the company's CRM system.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the relevant support teams to optimize sales efforts and promotional activities.
Compliance: Adhere to all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines while conducting sales activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science or equivalent is must.
- Proven experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous vaccine selling experience.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively influence potential customers.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric approach to build lasting relationships.
