Profile: Sales Officer
- Dealing with distributor network and Chemist
- Achieve volume/value targets (Month wise/Qtr wise breakup), SKU level target achievement
- Ensure smooth flow of information with necessary timely reporting
- Set clear and deliver objectives that are consistent with Assigned Territory
- Recognize market forces and trends and bring in the necessary level of dynamism to execute the plans
- Have understanding of Financials, Distributor ROI, Cost/Expense Control Measures, FIFO etc.
- Handling objections and resolving member/ customer conflicts by constantly connecting with them through meetings
- Building and maintaining strong client relationship and high level of customer service
- Expand width and depth of coverage in General Trade
- Ensure market coverage to enhance probable customer base
- Handling/mentoring/Coaching team of promoters and merchandisers. Driving sales through them and monitoring performance.
