Sales Officer - Modern Trade - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
Meeting Sales Targets:-
- To achieve volume & value sales of products across categories, geographies & Retail Environments.
- To ensure distribution across accounts & formats.
- To ensure proper visibility of products across accounts as per Terms & Conditions.
- To coordinate commercial activities, ensure timely collection of invoice payments & claims.
- Maintaining a track of all launch claims by account.
- RD and/or Account Management.
- To ensure timely activity download & promo execution at account level.
- To align the account with company's role & growth prospects in the category.
- Team Building & Motivating.
- To work closely with & monitor working of Purple Force.
- To ensure maximum incentive earnings for RDSM & Pilot team.
- To liaise with MDM/ MDE & Commercial department to ensure timely action in the event of damaged stock.
Others :
- To provide market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and awareness on the competitor strengths and weakness.
- To participate in product launches and promotional activities.
- To maintain and leverage strong relationships with accounts.
