Sales Officer - Modern Trade - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
1. The prime responsibility of a Sales Officer is to generate profitable sales growth, commensurate with the potential of the market. Accomplish this through proper planning and execution to ensure the agreed targets/plans are achieved
2. Success will be characterized by the successful achievement of monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets of the allocated area
3. To pilot new initiatives and act as change agents for the Division
- Ensure the achievement of annual operating plan in terms of primary, secondary sales and collection in assigned area
- Strong and excellent relationships with key trade and distributor partners
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong experience in building and handling distributors.
- Extensive market knowledge of the assigned region.
- Effective presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates key sales behaviors (growth & customer focus, result orientation, effective communication, intelligent risk taking)
- Should be committed, Passionate, ambitious, pragmatic, enthusiastic, transparent
Candidate Background required :
An overall working experience of 3-5 years, relevant FMCG experience in MT Business and/or experience of handling OTC brands from recognize Pharma companies.
