Job Description:

As a Sales Officer in our Mortgage Sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their mortgage needs, and presenting them with tailored financial solutions. Your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, coupled with your excellent communication skills, will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their mortgage needs are met.

- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' eligibility for mortgage products.

- Present and explain mortgage options to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a high level of sales performance.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

-Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications:

- A graduate from any stream.

-Minimum of 1 year of experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) or Home Loan sales.

- Openness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
