Sales Officer - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of a Sales Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as needed.
- Work as a team leader.
- Motivate and connect your team members.
- Achieve your goal with the help of your team.
- Identify & recruit the right quality advisors to build a strong advisor bas
- The team of Sales Manager will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network. Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model
- To do cross-selling for insurance.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representative
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 2+ year experiences in sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age : 21 to 38 years
