We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Channel Manager to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Agency Channel Strategy: Define the vision, goals, and objectives for the agency channel program. Craft a comprehensive roadmap and action plan to achieve strategic growth and market penetration.
Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify and recruit qualified agencies aligned with our brand and target market. Develop and manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration and successful activation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and mutual understanding.
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth: Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives, maximizing reach and impact. Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth.
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Identify opportunities to leverage new developments and maintain a competitive edge within the agency channel.
