Sales Officer - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Recruit potential financial advisors and leaders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach.

- Education: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales and marketing
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler
