Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Territory Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The Territory Manager will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and leading a team of agents to generate business and drive growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities :
Recruit and Train Agents : Identify and recruit talented individuals as agents and provide them with comprehensive training to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Licensing and Activation : Ensure that all agents are properly licensed and track their activation status regularly to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, lead providers, intermediaries, and other stakeholders in the assigned territory. Regularly meet and engage with them to foster collaboration and trust.
Motivation and Sales Orientation : Motivate and inspire advisors to achieve their sales targets and promote a sales-oriented culture within the team.
Business Generation : Drive the team to generate fresh business opportunities and meet revenue targets through effective sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
Team Building : Foster team spirit and cohesion among agents. Identify and develop potential leaders within the team to ensure its long-term growth and success.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Work Experience : 1-5 years in any sales role.
Qualification : Graduate and above.
Industry Experience : Experience in sales, particularly in the insurance industry, is a plus.
Age : Below 40 years.
Location : Mumbai- Vasai, Andheri, Malad, Panaji/Panji Kalyan/Dombivli, Borivali, Ghatkopar, Chembur, Mulund, Sangli, Panvel.
Compensation : Competitive salary ranging from 2.5 to 4 Lacs with attractive growth opportunities within the organization.
