Sales Officer
INDUSTRY : Real estate/construction/property
JOB LOCATION : Chennai
REQUIRED SKILLS :
- Smart to grasp selling concepts, and well versed in MS word, excel, and power point
- Possession of Two wheeler preferred.
- Willing to operate from Siruseri sales office.
- Should be willing to participate in road shows and in other direct marketing work.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Tamil (spoken Hindi preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Achieve set sales targets.
- Employ effective selling techniques to take leads to closure.
- Accompany clients on the site visits.
- Client relationship till closure and provide post-closure support.
- Experience in Real Estate sector is required.
- Go and getter attitude.
EDUCATION :
UG - Any graduate-any specialization
PG - Any postgraduate-any specialization MBA -is advantage
EXPERIENCE : in Relevant field
1. Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Sales
2. Real estate / construction / property industry exposure is added advantage
