We are having very urgent opening for Sales Officer in allover Bihar (Head quarter- Patna) for the biggest FMCG Company.
Position Details:
Position : Sales Officer
Location : All around Bihar (Head Quarter will be Patna).
Education : MBA/PGDM is Must.
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in General Trades for Top FMCG Companies.
Salary : 5.00-5.50 LPA (1.70 L is Variable)
Domicile : Bihar or Jharkhand/Orissa/Odisha
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling the General trade activities in the particular Districts.
- Responsible for Primary - Secondary Sales, Product Launching,
- Responsible for Market coverage and Outlet Coverage
- Responsible for market Representation and Product availability
- Strengthening Distribution by increasing the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
- Driving the basic distribution parameters such as Channel Partner Management, Foot Plans, Tsi productivity and Channel Satisfaction.
- Ensuring maximum branding and visibility in assigned territory and capturing the retailers base to the maximum possible extent.
- Execute channel sales activities to meet monthly revenue targets.
- To educate the customers regarding company's new launched products.
- To provide market feedback on competition, customer behaviour and response to our marketing mix.
- Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors.
- Develop and maintain a robust and highly productive distribution.
- To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame.
- Plan and co-ordinate activities prior to launch.
