Salary : Rs 22,000 pm plus incentive
Responsibilities :
- Candidates applying, should be aware of GENERAL INSURANCE.
- They need to RECRUIT AGENTS as per IRDA guide lines and train and motivate them to sell general insurance policies.
- PRIMARY job is to RECRUIT A LARGE NO OF IRDA AGENTS and FULFILL this own TARGET ( HAND HOLDING AT ALL TIMES ) under his leadership is required
- Develop the vehicle dealer channel
