Our Client, based on a solid foundation in tea production and marketing, is built around over five decades of experience in the tea industry.We serve the beverage industry worldwide and handle the product in every conceivable form.
The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
- Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned Distributors, General Trade / Open Trade, Modern Trade and Dealers retailers.
- Conceptualising and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility.
- Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
- Must have good lead in appointing distributors and super stockists.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 2 year experience ideally in Sales (B2C) or Trade Marketing within Consumer industry.
- You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors, General Trade / Open Trade, Modern Trade and Dealers.
- Experience within Startup Experience, would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Consumer would be a strong advantage.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
