Sales Officer - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- To meet the individual sales target
- Accountable for increasing sales volumes and driving sales initiatives
- Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele and achieving the business targets
- To keep track of competition activities like product, price, trade & brand promotions offered, etc
- To keep track of competitor product launches
- To understand market needs for developing new products
- To take feedback from clients for the improvement in existing products
- To work with the current distributors and appoint new distributors
- Coordination with the distributors for order management, stock management and sales activities
- Involved in preparations of sales plan on daily, weekly and monthly bases
Desired Candidate Profile
- Self motivated and focus on sales targets and end goals
- Able to prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to professionals
- Able to develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Hands on working knowledge on Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
