- Managing distributors and Stockiest to expand territory.
- Execute VM, Promotions and other Inter-related activities.
- To ensure inventory system process, raise PO as needed and.
- Supervising function of sales representatives, Tracking Primary & Secondary sales
- Budgeting of various Schemes and promotions, New Launches at territory level.
- Driving Volume and Growth in the given Territory.
