Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for managing distributor and dealer appointments, driving primary and secondary sales, and overseeing the placement of N Max machines. This role requires a strategic individual with proven experience in sales and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor & Dealer Appointment:

- Identify and appoint new distributors and dealers to expand the market reach.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and dealers.

Primary Sales:

- Collect orders from dealers and ensure timely processing and fulfillment.

- Monitor order patterns and sales trends to optimize order collection strategies.

Secondary Sales:

- Conduct trials in garages and other relevant locations to promote and demonstrate products.

- Gather feedback from trials and use it to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

N Max Machine Placement:

- Oversee the placement of N Max machines in targeted locations.

- Ensure proper installation and setup of machines at client locations.

Payment Collection:

- Manage the collection of payments from dealers and distributors.

- Ensure that payment collection processes are efficient and that outstanding payments are followed up on promptly.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 5-10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a similar industry.

- Proven track record of managing distributor and dealer networks.

Skills:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional:

- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned locations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
