Sales Officer - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Job Description
Responsible for managing dealer network to maximize the share of company in B & C-Class paint market (retail based).
Running sales and marketing operations, driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goal.
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing dealers, thereby achieving the business target.
Attending dealer complaints, undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
Evaluating performance & monitoring marketing activities as well as handling the network
Organizing shop meets and painter meets to promote and spread awareness about the new products launched by the company.
Resolving the technical issues at the dealer in order to maintain complete dealer satisfaction.
Focusing on both Retail as well as Body shop/dealership business (agreement based).
Achieving Primary sales target by driving secondary sales.
Getting in touch with the end customer at A class and B class dealerships and handling their grievances in case of paint mismatch or other issues.
