Sales Officer - FMCG (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Keep up-to-date with new products and market trends.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling,networking, and social media.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to potential customers.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast future sales.
Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and contribute to a positive team environment.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures, and comply with relevant legal regulations
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: -
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Proven track record of successful sales
and customer relationship management. o Excellent negotiation and problem-solving
abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
