Role :
The Sales officer is responsible for building new business through gaining new customer and account and develop the Coromandel Fertilizer, Organic Business and SND portfolio with both Trade and Institution thereby achieve business objectives.

Filed Assistant :
- Basically Filed Assistance has to Visit the Farmer and educate them about our Product and also monitor the demonstration activity.
- Provide factual, quantitative and financial information particularly relevant to your job which helps to reflect the scale and scope of the job.
Sales and Collection Planning :
Identify clearly the most significant responsibilities of the job which have a clear end result for the achievement of which you will be held accountable. Frame the accountabilities in the format of Verb - what is done, Object - to what/whom, Approach - how is it done (activities/tasks), Result - with what outcome.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving sales targets, collection targets and help to drive branding and field promotional activities in Assigned territory as per the Business plan.
- Following up new business opportunities, Opening up of Dealer/Retailer and expansion of customer base, New Market Expansion.
- Working Towards the Cost Competitiveness to ensure to MInimise the Cost in Respective Function/Activity
