Sales Officer - Education/Bank (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibility
a) Meeting the sales targets consistently for the assignment catchment
b) Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of daily activity/sales report
c) Maintaining customer relations and anticipating customer needs through engagement and promotion activities
d) Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory)
e) Ensuring account activation & 3-month funding for incentive gating
f) Engaging customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening (viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation)
Eligibility Criteria:
a) Graduate or postgraduate from a recognised university.
b) Your age must not exceed 28 years
c) Age should be max 29 yrs
Training Program Details :
a) Program Structure
- Conducted by ITM Skills Academy
- 6 days Residential training program at Greater Noida, Raipur, Bangalore, Vadodara & Kolhapur.
- Skill development training program - blended curriculum with instructor led classroom training
- Induction into IDFC FIRST Bank.
- Building customer service orientation. Developing selling and presentation skills
- Training on processes and compliance
- Training on internal guidelines, rules and regulations
- Building confidence to communicate effectively with various stakeholders in a business environment
- Training faculty - experienced professionals in the field of Finance and Sales
- Overall grooming - sessions by experts from IDFC FIRST Bank & Banking Industry
- After successful completion of the training program, participants will be awarded certificate in - Sales Management-
Successful completion of Certificate in - Sales Management- is MUST to be absorbed in IDFC FIRST Bank rolls as Sales Officer
On successful completion of the training course at ITM Skills Academy, you will start at the designation of Sales Officer on the rolls of IDFC FIRST Bank, at an annual CTC of Rs. 2.75 Lacs, plus other benefits as per organisation rules.
