- Job Overview:-

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing Officer to join our team at ICFAI Business School. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment, enhancing brand visibility, and executing marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, marketing expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of IBS programs to prospective students and stakeholders.

- Key Responsibilities :

1. - Student Enrollment :

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve enrollment targets for various programs.

- Engage with prospective students and their families through presentations, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.

- Conduct market research to identify potential student demographics and new markets.

2. - Marketing Campaigns :-

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and content for online platforms.

- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

3. - Brand Development :-

- Enhance the visibility and reputation of ICFAI Business School through targeted outreach activities.

- Develop partnerships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and other stakeholders.

- Represent IBS at educational fairs, exhibitions, and other events.

4. - Data Analysis and Reporting:-

- Track and analyze key metrics related to sales and marketing performance.

- Prepare regular reports on enrollment trends, campaign performance, and market feedback.

- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

5. - Team Collaboration:-

- Work closely with the admissions, academic, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

- Provide feedback and insights to improve program offerings and student services.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with institutional goals.

6. - Customer Relationship Management:-

- Maintain a CRM system to track interactions with prospective students and other stakeholders.

- Ensure timely and effective follow-ups to nurture leads and convert them into enrollments.

- Address inquiries and concerns from students and provide excellent customer service.

- Qualifications:-

- Education:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

- Experience:- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
