Sales Officer - Decor Business (1-4 yrs)
- Ensuring sales delivery on all d-cor categories in the geography- wallpaper, furniture etc.
- Responsible for ensuring delivery of monthly and annual promise sales figures and category level plans
- Coordination for material delivery to retailers
- Responsible for sustenance of existing network and for Network expansion.
- Responsible for Monitoring Outstanding and Collections from customers
- Interaction with end customers like Architects, interior designers to help aid secondary sales
- Secondary sales activities like shop staff training, customer activations
- Customer handling and resolution and closure of issues.
- Regular adherence of visit metrics like DVR, VFI
- Upkeep of existing display, ensuring display of new range of products, presence of books of new collections, disposing and discarding old collections
