Sales Officer - CASA (0-4 yrs)
Role & responsibilities
It is a field sales Job. The Job involves extensive traveling within the assigned area and conducting market/customer mapping with the primary responsibilities mentioned below.
- Business Development Executives are a part of the Bank's front-line sales team.
- Their primary responsibility is the sales of the bank's products to new customers for the bank.
- They will be required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
- They are responsible for selling banking and third-party products to customers based on their needs.
- They are responsible for handling customer queries.
- Business Development Executives are required to achieve targets assigned by the bank within an initial 6 months for confirmation of their service
Key Responsibilities :
- Selling of banks and third-party products to new customers.
- Conducting marketing activities and traveling locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
- Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross-selling of more products.
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
- Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
- Complete all learning activities conducted by the bank from time to time.
- Daily entry of interaction with customers in the bank CRM system.
- Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
- Participate and follow all initiatives that are undertaken by the bank from time to time
-Preferred candidate profile :
1. To acquire New to Bank customers and pursue new business relationships by selling: Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Debit / Credit Cards.PG Products (Life Insurance / General Insurance / Mutual Fund / Retail Asset Products / Online Trading).
2. Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets
3. To fulfill KYC and compliance norms.
4. To reach out to High high-net-worth individuals.
5. To increase the customer base by developing business relationships with current customers.
Skills High Sales orientation for achieving numbers good convincing and Negotiation skills.
CTC:
Sales Officer 1-> Freshers 19.5k(17k), Age limit- 21 to 28 years
Sales officer 2 -> 21.8k(19.8k), (NBFC, BFSI, Banking), Age limit- 21 to 32 years
Assistant manager -> 29.4k(25.6k), 2+ (NBFC, BFSI, Banking) - banking
Exposure, Age limit- 21 to 32 years
