Cluster Head Ludhiana -

- Hunting & Lending/ secured & Unsecured / MSME & SME

- Manage Industrial clusters in and around Ludhiana

- Familiarity with the major industrial establishments and understanding of broad categories of customer segments and business models.

- Own the strategy of identifying and executing partnerships with industrial associations and to conduct various marketing activities for lead generation/Data collation.

- Build relationships with key persons across industrial establishments and acquire data bases for taping SME & MSMEs.

- Collaborating with business owners to Streamline communication, documentation & seamless loan delivery

- Help on-board and grow revenue by forging alliance /arrangements with Banks, NBFCs and other online and offline players in the industry.

- Build, scale and maintain productivity and efficiency with the highest level of professionalism and a growth mindset.

-  Deep understanding of Product/Service offered by various financial institution, helping in execution of the leads sourced.

- Provide basic guidance and updates to internal credit and risk counterparts about the cluster.

Skills and Competencies :

- A thorough understanding of the unsecured & secured loan products offered to MSMEs and SMEs by Banks and other financial institutes

- Experience in building or scaling self-sourcing model

- Understanding of the industries and their associated establishments

- Willingness to be responsible for a multiple tasks to support the growth plan of the organization

- Strong Customer focus, good relationship, communication and presentation skills

- Good planning and organizing skills

Job Qualifications

- Graduation or Master's degree

- A minimum of 2-3 years- experience in costumer relationship handling in Banking or a relevant industry Skill
