Sales Officer - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
We're looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.
Job Description :
- Develop and maintain relationships with advisors or managers to promote and sell insurance policies, with a focus on field sales and marketing. The role involves extensive fieldwork and recruiting new advisors.
- Set and achieve business objectives in collaboration with advisors.
- Regularly review and set new sales goals.
- Sell life insurance policies using the agency model.
Required Candidate profile :
- Qualification : Graduate
- Experience : 2+ years in Any Field of Sales
- Age : Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
- Must be Local
