Sales Officer - Banking Sector (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Find and sign up new customers for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA).
- Build strong relationships with current customers to boost their banking involvement.
- Meet monthly sales targets for CASA accounts.
- Provide top-notch customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and bank policies.
- Work with team members to maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven sales experience in banking or finance, especially in CASA sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
