Job Title: Banking Officer

Responsibility:
- Achieve sales targets for banking products.
- Generate leads through field visits and referrals.
- Onboard new customers with complete KYC documentation.
- Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients.
- Provide daily sales reports to the manager.
- Stay updated on products and market trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (any stream).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in BFSI or similar field is a plus.
- Age Limit: 21-32 years (preferred).
- Skills: Good communication, negotiation skills, and field sales knowledge.
- Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler.
- Location: Candidates must be local residents familiar with the region.
