JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION : SALES OFFICER
FUNCTION : CASA
REPORTING : Sales Manager
LOCATION : Across India
OBJECTIVE: Providing support to branch profitability by selling bank product - CASA through different acquisition channels in the catchment area.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Quality acquisition of casa.
2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer
3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers
4) Generate leads of customer through referral, meeting branch walk-ins customer, associates, e- mailing, direct mailing, ATMs & cold calls in the catchment area.
5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered
6) Meeting productivity norms as defined through support of channels & own efforts
7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance
8) Adhere the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously

SALARY RANGE Rs 2.0 LACS to Rs. 3.50 LACS (Depending upon no of year relevant work experience & skills)
Primary Role of the Job:
- CASA Sales/Sell Current Account and Savings account to open market customers
Candidate Specifications :
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- 1 - 5 years- experience, in any Direct Selling, Preferred from Banks or Brokerage firms
- Strictly No Freshers & No Channel Sales Experience
- Preferred Son of soil
- Fluency in the vernacular language and basic English communication is expected
- Age up to 30 Yrs Max
- Preferred Male but female candidates can be looked at with sales experience
- 2 Wheeler Must
Selection Process :
- 1 or 2 Business rounds
- Mostly will be held on the same day
- Post selection of a candidate, the following steps are done for offer issue
- Standard KYC document collection from candidate
- Compensation discussion with the candidate
- CIBIL check
- Offer Release from central team (Both hard & soft copies)
- Joining is on every Monday
