Sales Officer
- Effective resource planning for distributor/dealership service
- Ensure regular training on all aspects of distributor/dealership service, product knowledge and selling skills
- Implements a high standard of distributor/dealership focus
- Regularly assesses distributor/dealership service standards
- Ensure distributor/dealership needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Achievement of financial goals, as set by the management to facilitate demand generating activities like giving schemes, Customer meets etc.
- Stock Planning of Spare Parts - Monitor and maintain concurrence between sales, spare parts inventory and order generation for channel partners (dealers/ distributors)
- Monitoring timely availability of finances and monitor and limit channel finance over dues.
- Interpret and act on sales reports generated through finance and focus on improving under-performing areas
- Monitor sales performance against last year, last week and budget on a daily and weekly basis and to give feedback to manager.
- Timely Complaint handling (resolving payment issues, claim settlements etc.) for channel partners and customers.
