Our company is seeking for seeking an experienced and results-driven Agency Development Sales Officer to join our team!
Responsibilities:-
- Recruiting a team of advisors for generating the business.
- Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
- Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
Candidate requirements:-
- 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance / BFSI
- Any graduate / post graduate
- Any local candidate
Age :- 21 - 38 years
