- Ginger Partners is hiring for a Reputable Management firm based in Electronic City, Bangalore. We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team.


- This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and enhancing our brand presence across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness and market penetration.

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.

- Manage and optimize the company's social media presence, ensuring engaging and relevant content across all platforms.

- Implement branding strategies to enhance visibility and recognition across diverse channels.

-Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights on customer trends and needs.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report findings to senior management.

- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts.

- Manage marketing budgets, forecast expenses, and provide financial reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles with proven success in achieving sales

targets and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in handling social media platforms and marketing tools.

- Ability to analyze data to make informed marketing decisions.

- Skilled in market research, budgeting, and forecasting expenses.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in B2B sales and marketing.

- Familiarity with the Analytics and Consulting industry.

- Proven track record of managing sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
