Sales & Marketing Role - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee the promotion and marketing of property sales on different medium and listing services.
2. Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
3. Lead generation and meeting with prospective clients interested in properties.
4. Oversee the preparation in co-ordination with legal and sales team and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
5. Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed off and payment is received.
6. Oversee arrangements to organize site visit for prospective buyers before closing deals.
7. Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
8. Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
9. Design and conduct market surveys to identify prices of competing properties and market trends for different type of projects.
10. Ensure compliance with local laws and policies when finalizing property deals.
11. Aware of current market trends and provide the feedback to management and design team.
12. Content/Proposal writing and providing inputs for designing of marketing collaterals.
13. Co-ordinating with local sales team and training them for better property sales.
